About Karanja

Karanja combines a strong international perspective with deep local expertise. Having studied and lived in the United Kingdom for nearly a decade, which he fondly regards as a second home, he completed all his legal education there, gaining a solid grounding in UK law and practice.

This background naturally informs his work with diaspora clients and foreign investors navigating Kenya's legal and regulatory landscape. Upon returning to Kenya, Karanja honed his craft at some of the country's top-tier law firms, where he was immersed in complex corporate, commercial, and technology matters.

Today, as Managing Partner of Mukami, Karanja & Co Advocates LLP, he advises a diverse clientele on corporate governance, fintech, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies, bridging local and international perspectives seamlessly.
